Responsibilities

• Research personal-injury law firms, attorneys, paralegals, case managers and office managers.
• Build, verify and maintain an accurate professional contact database.
• Make courteous outbound telephone calls to law firms and professional offices.
• Introduce educational programs, CLE/Lunch & Learn opportunities and professional presentations.
• Prepare and send personalized invitations, letters, emails and presentation materials.
• Follow up with attorneys and legal professionals who have shown interest or engagement.
• Schedule Zoom meetings, in-office presentations and educational seminars for Dr. Rubino.
• Prepare presentation packets and coordinate meeting logistics.
• Track every prospect, conversation, follow-up date and next action.
• Help move interested law firms from initial contact to a scheduled conversation with Dr. Rubino.

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident speaking professionally on the telephone.
• Friendly, personable and persistent without being pushy.
• Comfortable contacting attorneys, paralegals, case managers and professional offices.
• Highly organized, dependable and self-directed.
• Able to use written scripts while still sounding natural and conversational.
• Comfortable with email, Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, CRM systems and learning new marketing software.
• Able to manage many prospects at different stages without losing track of follow-up.
• Professional in appearance, speech and written communication.
• Comfortable being measured by meaningful results rather than simply activity.
• Able to accept direct coaching, make adjustments and improve quickly.

Preferred

• Helpful experience: business development, inside sales, appointment setting, healthcare marketing, legal marketing, professional-services marketing, medical/dental treatment coordination, insurance, law-office work or personal-injury experience. Relevant experience is helpful but not required.
