Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Corporate Manager of Marketing & Business Development and multiple remote sales managers.
• Receive product sample requests, coordinate fulfillment with internal departments, and follow through to ensure samples are completed and shipped as requested.
• Respond to customer requests for regulatory, quality, and compliance documentation by coordinating with the Quality Assurance department and ensuring requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Retrieve sales reports and other information from the company’s ERP system in response to requests from sales management.
• Communicate with customers regarding purchase order changes, delivery updates, scheduling changes, and other routine order-related matters.
• Maintain and update customer portals, including uploading product images, specifications, descriptions, documentation, and other required information.
• Assist with planning and hosting customer visits to the company’s Anacortes facility.
• Maintain customer, contact, opportunity, and activity information in HubSpot CRM.
• Coordinate and help execute in-store product demonstrations, sampling programs, and other customer or consumer events.
• Work with retailers, sales managers, demonstrators, and internal teams to coordinate event schedules, product availability, materials, and other logistics.
