Responsibilities

• Help develop and implement CEM's marketing and business development strategy.
• Identify physicians, healthcare organizations, professional groups, and other potential referral relationships.
• Research prospective referral sources and business development opportunities.
• Assist with outreach to physicians, practices, organizations, and community partners.
• Develop and maintain organized prospect and referral databases.
• Coordinate follow-up activities and help track business development efforts.
• Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Help manage and improve CEM's digital presence, including website content and social media.
• Research competitors, market opportunities, and potential growth channels.
• Help plan professional events, community outreach, presentations, and relationship-development activities.

Preferred

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Healthcare experience is helpful but not required .
• More important is your ability to communicate, learn quickly, stay organized, take initiative, and follow through.
