Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Configure, build, test, and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and automated workflows in Adobe Marketo, with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality execution.
  • Execute marketing automation activities in alignment with regional standards, priorities, and timelines established by senior marketing leadership.
  • Support country marketing teams and regional Marketo super users by providing hands-on technical assistance and troubleshooting execution-related issues.
  • Assist with campaign execution in Marketo, ensuring accurate audience segmentation, correct data inputs, and rigorous quality assurance and validation.
  • Identify execution issues and escalate risks or constraints as needed, applying problem-solving skills to resolve clearly defined problems.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating templates, workflows, and documentation to support consistent execution across markets.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy, governance, and brand standards across all automation activity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Typically 3–5 years of experience in marketing automation or digital marketing execution roles.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience using Adobe Marketo for campaign execution, workflow configuration, and reporting is required.
  • Adobe Marketo certification is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working in a regional or multi-market environment is a plus.
Preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.
