Job Summary

Own the automation and data-driven lifecycle for marketing communications, coordinating journeys, campaigns, and schedules while aligning IT and business teams to deliver scalable, high-quality digital solutions.

  • Define and manage end-to-end campaigns, journeys, and data integrations to ensure accurate, compliant messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership and IT to design scalable automation platforms and governance.
  • Provide QA, monitoring, and optimization across channels to improve campaign effectiveness and reliability.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day build, deployment, and management of journeys, automations, and campaign schedules to ensure marketing communications are delivered accurately, consistently, and in accordance with established standards.
  • The Operations Specialist partners closely with marketing automation leadership and works as a liaison between the business and IT to design and deliver high quality, scalable technical solutions.
  • This role also provides thought leadership, technical prowess, and the ability to manage cross-division, cross-functional teams, driving the creation of digital solutions, email campaigns, email reporting, and data integration.

  • Provide a high level of customer service, display a positive image to internal and external customers, and promote organizational teamwork.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in marketing technology and marketing automation
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a marketing automation or email marketing platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing automated campaigns, journeys, or workflows
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, campaign scheduling, and QA processes
  • Experience working in a structured, process driven environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities

Preferred

  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator
  • Experience partnering with data, CRM, or IT teams in a cross functional MarTech environment
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, nonprofit, or financial services
  • Familiarity with email compliance standards and subscription management models
  • Execution and delivery focused mindset with a desire to continuously improve processes
