Responsibilities

• Marketing Coordination & Campaign Support
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Agency & Advertising Support
• Support coordination with external agency managing Facebook and Google Ads.
• Review campaign performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Track leads, conversions, and overall effectiveness.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Maintain reports on leads, cost per lead, and ROI.
• Organize and analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends and insights.
• Content & Design Support
• Create marketing materials including mailers, door hangers, and digital assets.
• Assist with website updates, brand consistency, and content creation.

Requirements

• Education: Associate’s degree with coursework in Marketing, PR, Business, Advertising, Journalism, or Communications.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, Photoshop, Canva, AI, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge: Foundational understanding of traditional, digital, and content marketing.
• Soft Skills: Strong technical writing, editing, and organizational skills. You must prioritize key tasks and communicate with the appropriate people.
• Availability: Full-time; willing to jump into projects as needed to support a fast-growing team.
• Reliable Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to Phoenix, AZ 85085 or plan to relocate before starting work.
