You will help produce and maintain marketing collateral and materials, coordinate website updates and distribute approved items, while supporting data gathering, reviews, and tight timelines across the marketing workflow.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the gathering, compiling and synthesis of data required for the production of marketing collateral
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials
  • Assisting with the maintenance of internal and public websites
  • Facilitating the legal and compliance review of various materials and templates
  • Tracking of materials including peer and legal review
  • Distributing finalized materials internally and externally
