Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and delivery of our creative and content initiatives.
  • Drive projects from brief to final asset across production shoots, packaging, social, video, and digital, bringing structure to a high volume, fast paced creative environment.
  • This role is approximately 60% project management and 40% cross functional coordination, requiring close partnership with teams across Marketing, Product, Content, Engineering, and other business functions to ensure creative work is aligned, delivered on time, and supports company priorities.
  • Reporting to the Program Manager and partnering closely with the Creative Director, you’ll keep multiple creative workstreams moving while serving as the central point of coordination between the creative team and stakeholders across the business.
  • Beyond execution you’ll act as a trusted thought partner, helping shape how creative work is planned, communicated, and delivered.
  • You’ll play a key leadership role in revamping creative operations, partnering with Program Management to design and implement scalable workflows, communication tools, and delivery processes that improve collaboration and raise the bar across the company.
  • Success in this role will be measured not only by consistently delivering creative projects on time, but also by your ability to drive operational excellence, influence cross functional teams, and implement processes that enable the entire organization to work more effectively together.
  • This is a full time position, and some travel required.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience leading end to end creative project management for complex digital experiences, including production, packaging, social, video, and digital initiatives.
  • Previous experience working within a creative organization, agency, or in house creative team with a strong understanding of creative production workflows and asset development is highly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in Asana, including building projects, workflows, templates, rules, automations, and reporting from the ground up rather than working within existing structures.
  • Demonstrated success building and managing project timelines, production calendars, and delivery plans within a high volume, fast paced, small team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging project and team data to measure performance, identify trends, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with the confidence to influence decisions, navigate competing priorities, and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships across a wide range of personalities and working styles while effectively managing multiple stakeholders and high pressure situations.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to protect scope, timelines, quality, and team capacity while remaining adaptable to changing business priorities.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching team members on project management principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Must be available to work online during Centr’s core business hours.
