Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects and programs, partnering with business sponsors and marketing teams to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success measures.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, budgets, and execution roadmaps while managing projects through completion.
  • Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams by clarifying responsibilities, establishing priorities, and removing obstacles to progress.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Escalate risks and challenges as needed, providing leadership with clear recommendations and decision-making options.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and external partners to ensure deliverables meet quality expectations and business requirements.
  • Support the development and management of statements of work, timelines, service level expectations, and vendor relationships.
  • Communicate project status, decisions, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
  • Establish and promote project management standards, processes, templates, and governance practices that support consistent execution across programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency, and implementing process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive project or program management experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, resource, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex or ambiguous business challenges.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including experience communicating with and influencing senior leaders.
  • Experience managing agency, vendor, or external partner relationships.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Smartsheet, Adobe Workfront, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing Adobe Workfront to support project planning, resource management, workflow governance, and execution oversight.
