Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage communications for marketing campaigns, programs, and events from planning through execution.
• Draft, proofread, and coordinate approval of marketing communications and newsletter content.
• Maintain communications and content calendars to ensure timely delivery and consistency.
• Write and adapt engaging content for email, website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
• Build and maintain event registration pages, landing pages, and website content in WordPress.
• Manage website updates, community calendar listings, and digital assets, including event photos.
• Support day-to-day social media management, including content scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Create and adapt light graphic design assets for social media, email, events, and other marketing needs using Canva or similar tools.
• Serve as the primary coordinator for day-to-day marketing requests and administrative needs.
• Manage promotional material inventory and vendor orders.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in marketing, communications, digital content management, or a related field.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. You consistently see projects through to completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Asana, CRM platforms, and Google Workspace.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Hands-on WordPress experience, including creating and maintaining web pages, landing pages, and event registrations.
• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred knowledge in SEO and GEO strategy.
