Own the front-line marketing and outreach workflow to attract and engage prospective residents, manage CRM data, and support campaigns, events, and content across channels.

- Content creation and campaign support for social media, newsletters, and website
- CRM data entry, tracking, and reporting to inform outreach strategies
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support Sales & Lead Generation
- Respond to digital and phone inquiries
- Prepare materials for tours and welcome prospective residents
- Provide tours across multiple levels of care (training provided)
- Enter and track prospect data in our CRM system
- Assist with reporting and follow-up communications
- Contribute to Marketing Efforts
- Create engaging social media content
- Write and gather content for newsletters and email campaigns
- Assist with website updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred — but equivalent experience will be considered
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Healthcare or senior living experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in an active, high-traffic environment
- Frequent standing, walking, bending
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 90 lbs
