Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Coordinating day-to-day marketing and promotional activities
• Supporting the launch and execution of new marketing campaigns
• Assisting with customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives
• Organizing campaign materials, marketing resources, and promotional assets
• Supporting events, pop-ups, and community marketing activities
• Conducting research on customers, competitors, and market trends
• Collecting feedback and identifying useful customer insights
• Tracking campaign activity and helping compile performance information
• Maintaining project timelines, marketing calendars, and deadlines
• Supporting digital marketing and social media projects when needed

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• An interest in marketing, branding, advertising, events, or communications
• A creative and solution-oriented approach to projects
• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and deadlines
• Confidence working with customers and team members

• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
