Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own social media, promotional campaigns, and channel performance
- Own quality control for deliverables, ensuring accuracy from product specs to brand standards
- Manage multiple projects and priorities to consistently meet deadlines
- Execute promotional campaigns from brief through launch and evaluation
- Expand digital marketing by increasing web traffic, social media presence and email performance
- Establish dashboards using best-practice metrics to evaluate project results
- Bring creative energy to copyediting, photo direction and video scripting
- Manage end-to-end trade show execution, logistics and vendor coordination
- Oversee support for merchandising, swag and Academy education programs
- Collaborate with all teams including sales, product, distributors and end users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with strong leadership potential
- Confident using digital tools to present data for strategic decision-making
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize
- Experience with monday.com or similar project management software
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to and direct creation of marketing collateral
- Excellence in proofreading both text and visuals (assessment will be required)
- Proficient with website management software such as WordPress
- Comfortable utilizing software/technology, including MailChimp, Plytix and Claude AI
- Player/coach – switch with ease from creating an email blast to planning a promo
