Responsibilities

• support the development of qualifications and presentations
• assist with CRM management
• assist with industry research
• assist with event coordination
• assist with brand implementation
• maintain the systems, processes and materials that support our pursuit efforts and overall brand presence
• coordinate and capture photo and video content at internal and external events for use across marketing and business development channels
• serve as a social ambassador, helping highlight key moments, people and projects
• coordinate celebratory gifts and personalized client communications
• communicate and collaborate with marketing/BD and technical professionals across One Wallace

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally within an architecture, engineering, or
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• Understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Understanding of basic marketing/BD principles
• Understanding of business, CRM and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Comfort and familiarity with Apple/Mac hardware is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking
• High attention to detail and quality of work
• Ability to collaborate and work well with various types of personalities and work styles
