Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support campaign setup, quality checks, budgeting, audience management, and reporting across TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Pepperjam, and ShopMy.
• Assist with affiliate marketing and press program activities.
• Review and schedule email and SMS campaigns and help build automated marketing flows.
• Track subscriber growth, monitor campaign performance, and prepare reports.
• Update third-party storefronts as needed.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting marketing channels.
• Coordinate product seeding initiatives.
• Provide support for additional marketing projects and team priorities as required.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of marketing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail when managing campaigns and marketing activities.
• Experience with marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta Advertising, TikTok Advertising, Google Ads, Pepperjam, ShopMy, or Triple Whale.
• Clear and direct communication skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
• Enthusiasm for learning, professional growth, and contributing to the company's development.
