Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Vault Roofing's current and expansion markets, aligned with Allstar's broader growth objectives.
• Set a holistic marketing vision across 20+ locations, maintaining a consistent Vault brand while tailoring plans to the competition, seasonality, and performance of each individual market.
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing activations to launch new locations successfully, and drive continued performance in established markets.
• Analyze marketing and lead data by channel and location to understand what is driving lead volume, appointments, cost per lead, and close rates.
• Partner with the outbound lead generation and revenue operations teams to ensure lead flow and marketing budgets align with schedule fill and P&L health in each market.
• Establish and optimize processes for lead intake, routing, and management with these teams to maximize conversion.
• Work with lead partners, vendors, and the centralized performance marketing team to track results and shift investment toward what is working.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks by channel and location, report results to leadership, and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Use data to inform creative decisions, testing messaging, offers, and creative to learn what resonates in each market.
• Own the multi-channel marketing strategy for each market, including PPC, LSA, paid and organic social, direct mail, and brand-building initiatives, partnering with Allstar's centralized performance marketing team, which manages digital campaign execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy or Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing, strategy or consulting experience.
• Experience managing marketing across multiple locations, markets, or brands.
• Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring team members.
• Experience leveraging AI, marketing automation, and new technologies to optimize processes and outcomes.
• Experience in industries such as franchise growth, retail expansion, CPG innovation, home services, or other related fields.
• Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans with measurable business impact is a plus but not a pre-requisite.
• Strong understanding of home services aggregator companies/strategy (Angi's List, Home Advisor, etc.) is a plus but not a pre-requisite.
• Ability to travel to local markets as needed.
