Marketing Assistant - Onsite

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare marketing articles, reports, presentations, and other related documents.
• Support daily marketing and social media operations, including collecting market trends and industry updates, and assisting with market expansion efforts.
• Coordinate and provide support for collaboration between the Sales team and technical team.
• Assist the business team in providing relevant sales support and pre-sales materials.
• Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and summits on behalf of the company.
• Complete other daily tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior internship or campus project experience in marketing, communications, business support, or research is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work effectively with different internal teams.
• Interest in market trends, business development, branding, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with presentation tools, design tools, or marketing platforms is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
