Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a structured influencer database (categorized by reach, engagement, and brand fit)
- Conduct consistent outreach for collaborations, gifting, and events
- Identify new and emerging creators aligned with the brand
- Track influencer performance and maintain organized reporting
- Proactively source and outreach to brands for partnerships and collaborations
- Coordinate campaigns from initial outreach through execution and recap
- Assist with PR efforts including media outreach, gifting, and press opportunities
- Track deliverables and ensure all partnership obligations are fulfilled
- Act as liaison between internal team, designers, printers, and store teams
- Manage timelines, approvals, and asset delivery across all campaigns
Preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable with outreach (email, DM, relationship management)
- Familiarity with social media, influencer marketing, and basic analytics
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Square or similar systems preferred
