Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of workshop and webinar marketing efforts, from registration to post-event follow-up, ensuring a smooth and inclusive participant experience.
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Attend and assist with monthly local workshops and manage coordination logistics.
  • Contribute to email marketing efforts, including drafting, proofreading, and formatting communications.
  • Conduct basic market research and compile findings into clear summaries.
  • Help organize and manage monthly webinars and related communications.
  • Monitor and manage inquiries through the WeCare inbox.
  • Handle physical mailings and workshop reminder calls for all marketing events.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating website content and digital assets.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and signage.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Ohio driver's license.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.

Preferred

  • Associate degree, certification, or coursework in marketing, communications, or business (not required)
  • Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
