Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at promotional events, community activations, trade shows, retail locations, and face-to-face marketing campaigns.
• Engage directly with customers and potential clients to increase brand awareness, answer questions, and create positive experiences.
• Assist in planning and executing in-person marketing strategies to attract new customers and strengthen brand recognition.
• Participate in event setup, promotional activities, product demonstrations, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Build relationships with customers through professional communication, active listening, and personalized interactions.
• Conduct market research by gathering customer feedback, identifying trends, and sharing insights with the marketing team.
• Support local outreach efforts through networking, community partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist with creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, presentations, and event displays.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate marketing events and ensure successful campaign execution.
• Track campaign results by monitoring customer engagement, event attendance, lead generation, and overall performance.
