Marketing Assistant : Entry Level

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing event-based marketing campaigns
• Support customer acquisition and retention strategies for client brands
• Engage in direct-to-consumer outreach and community activation
• Implement visual merchandising and event display setups
• Work with the marketing team to test, analyze, and improve campaigns
• Interact with customers to deliver personalized brand experiences
• Track campaign results and contribute ideas to optimize performance

Requirements

• Are available for full-time work (40 hours/week)
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team
• Thrive in fast-paced, people-oriented environments
• Are self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven
• Can manage time, prioritize, and multitask
• Hold a 2- or 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (preferred, not required)
• Have experience in retail, customer service, sales, or event marketing (a plus, not required)
