Job Description

Responsibilities

  • support the marketing team in various initiatives, including conducting market research, assisting with sales and marketing campaigns, creating materials for customer engagement, and providing customer service solutions
  • collaborating with team members to execute strategies that drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement

Requirements

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Experience in Market Research and Sales
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing strategies
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Preferred

  • Proficiency with marketing tools and software
  • Previous experience in marketing or related roles is a plus
