Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Marketing with day-to-day marketing projects, campaigns, and department priorities
- Assist with integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and other channels
- Create and schedule social media content across company platforms
- Create and assist with designs, digital content, print materials, flyers, signage, presentations, advertisements, and other marketing collateral
- Use AI tools to assist with content creation, design concepts, image generation, research, brainstorming, and other marketing tasks
- Utilize graphic design and AI-powered creative tools to develop, edit, resize, and adapt marketing materials across multiple formats and platforms
- Assist with website and landing page updates, ensuring content, offers, links, and information remain accurate
- Assist with email campaigns, including content, setup, testing, scheduling, and basic performance reporting
- Support paid digital advertising initiatives across Google, Meta, display, and other platforms
- Coordinate print advertising and promotional materials
Preferred
- experience in personal assistant roles or front desk duties is advantageous.
