Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Prepare promotional materials, displays, and resources for scheduled activities
• Support in-person marketing efforts and customer engagement programs
• Help organize events that introduce customers to products and services
• Communicate promotional information clearly and professionally
• Coordinate with team members to ensure marketing activities are well prepared
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant observations with the team
• Maintain organized records of promotional materials and campaign activities
• Assist with reviewing the effectiveness of promotional initiatives
• Contribute ideas to improve customer interactions and brand experiences

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in marketing, advertising, or promotions
• Organized, dependable, and motivated to learn
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person
• Ability to collaborate with a team and manage multiple priorities
• Previous marketing, retail, event, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
