Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct communication appropriately
  • Support scheduling of new patients and assist with onboarding coordination
  • Assist with social media content creation and posting
  • Create simple graphics using Canva or similar design tools
  • Support digital marketing efforts and in-office campaigns
  • Assist with basic website updates (training provided)
  • Communicate with patients to encourage feedback and enhance overall experience
  • This role plays a direct part in helping us grow our presence in the community and create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors

Requirements

  • On-site (Shelby, NC)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Preferred

  • Experience with website design or editing
  • Background in marketing, communications, or a similar field
  • Experience with Canva or similar design platforms
