Responsibilities

• Assisting in day-to-day marketing initiatives for the growing agency
• Providing general marketing data management
• Graphic design support
• Assisting with executing internal and external events
• Direct, in-person outreach will be a strong focus for this role
• Managing communications for small events
• Assisting with the execution of events, both internal and external
• Assisting HR with overall wellness initiatives as it relates to marketing
• Distributing marketing materials
• Assisting with maintaining the agency’s social media presence

Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma. Associate’s degree in the field of marketing/communications or English/Journalism preferred.
• Previous marketing experience or training will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Must be 18 year of age or older
• Must have a valid State of Maine driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage of $50K/$100K
• Experienced use of Microsoft 365, Google Docs, Canva, and/or Adobe Cloud tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
