Marketing Analytics-Senior Associate

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field and 3+ years of marketing data and analytics experience
• Proficiency in data analysis languages/tools such as SQL, Python, SAS, R (or comparable).
• Experience with relational databases and big data platforms, including Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience delivering financial analytics and performance insights, including test design, pro forma estimates, and actual results measurement
• Proven ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders using clear, concise narratives
• Demonstrated experience supporting marketing strategy and end-to-end campaign execution
• Strong analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Working knowledge of extract, transform, and load concepts and how data pipelines impact analytics outcomes
• Experience building or using dynamic, self-serve reporting solutions and automated dashboards

Preferred

• Experience using measurement approaches for attribution and incrementality across multiple channels
• Experience with scalable measurement frameworks that support auditability and repeatability
• Advanced experimentation expertise, including power considerations and practical test constraints
