Job Description

Responsibilities - Serve as lead analyst and strategic advisor for Marketing - Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting processes - Analyze marketing program effectiveness, campaign performance, funnel conversion metrics, customer acquisition trends, and ROI - Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes - Identify opportunities for optimization through data analysis, experimentation, and performance benchmarking - Develop predictive analyses and forecasting models to support strategic planning and investment decisions - Own the creation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing performance reporting - Develop executive-level presentations and board materials that clearly communicate marketing impact, business results, and strategic recommendations - Present findings and performance updates to senior leadership, executive stakeholders, and board-level audiences - Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment of marketing metrics used across the organization - Provide clear, compelling data storytelling that connects marketing performance to business outcomes - Partner with Marketing and Finance leadership to manage marketing budgets and investment planning - Support annual planning, forecasting, and ongoing budget tracking processes - Evaluate marketing spend efficiency and provide recommendations for resource allocation - Develop financial models and performance projections to support strategic decision-making - Monitor performance against plan and proactively identify risks and opportunities - Leverage AI-powered analytics and productivity tools to improve reporting efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and insight generation - Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting, analysis, and operational workflows using AI and emerging technologies - Partner with Marketing, Operations, IT, and Data teams to evaluate and adopt AI solutions that enhance campaign effectiveness, lead management, and customer engagement - Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, uncover trends, and generate actionable recommendations while ensuring data accuracy and business relevance
