Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, articulating and documenting business insights, with strong customer focus, including ability to think in terms of the customer service experience/perspective.
- Carries out complex assignments requiring in-depth working knowledge of business principles, program and procedures and a solid understanding of relevant business issues.
- Requires experience in research, data analysis, product marketing, product development, sales or consulting. Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, leadership, time-management and analytical skills. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
