Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers through promotional and marketing activities.
Present products and services and communicate their key benefits.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Generate leads and support customer acquisition efforts.
Participate in promotional events, community outreach, and brand activities.
Build positive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
Follow up with leads to develop sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads.
Support team marketing and sales goals.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, outgoing, and professional personality.
Customer-focused and goal-oriented.
Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.

Preferred

Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
