Marketer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase awareness of hospice services
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and community channels
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources
• Coordinate outreach events, health fairs, and community education programs
• Manage social media platforms and website content to engage target audiences
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging

Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing or community outreach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in hospice care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the community
