Marketer / Hospital Liaison
Full-Time | Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation
Salary: Up to $90,000 per year

The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Marketer / Hospital Liaison to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong referral relationships while promoting the facility’s rehabilitation and long-term care services throughout the community and healthcare network.

Position Overview

The Marketer / Hospital Liaison is responsible for developing referral sources, coordinating with hospitals and healthcare providers, and supporting census growth through effective relationship management and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and community referral sources
• Promote the facility’s short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services
• Conduct onsite visits to hospitals and referral partners to strengthen business relationships
• Coordinate closely with the admissions team to facilitate smooth resident transitions
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing and outreach strategies
• Represent the facility at networking events, community functions, and healthcare meetings
• Monitor referral activity and maintain accurate communication records
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and referral partners
• Support census development and occupancy goals

Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or hospital liaison role preferred
• Skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Professional presentation and customer service skills required
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care a plus
