Job Summary

Own the hospital liaison and local marketing function to grow census through referral networks, with a focus on Spanish-speaking communities and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Build and maintain referral pipelines with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners.
  • Own daily outreach, events, tours, and partner education to drive admissions and strengthen partnerships.
  • Coordinate with admissions and leadership to track referrals, report metrics, and optimize outreach in bilingual communities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations
  • Conduct daily marketing and outreach activities to increase facility admissions and census growth
  • Serve as a liaison between referral sources, families, and the admissions team
  • Educate healthcare professionals and community partners on facility services and clinical programs
  • Coordinate tours, meetings, and presentations with referral partners
  • Track referral activity and maintain accurate marketing records and reports
  • Collaborate with facility leadership to support strategic marketing initiatives
  • Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and professional organizations
  • Maintain a positive and professional representation of the facility at all times
  • Support admissions processes and assist with referral follow-up as needed

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or hospital liaison role preferred
  • Skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance, and discharge planning processes preferred
