Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of the adhesive, molding, and compounding segment roadmaps to achieve the goals of the North American Estane business.
• Drive alignment and clarity across the organization in close partnership with sales and technical colleagues to deliver superior value to our customers and Lubrizol.
• Understand current and future market dynamics, identify areas for differentiation and associated value propositions and execute both strategic and tactical actions for your segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of related management experience or commensurate combination of education and experience
• Proven track record of building business strategies, go to market plans, and commercial acumen
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
• Experience in product management, marketing, sales, technical service and/or business development

Preferred

• Strong technical acumen in thermoplastic elastomers, specialty polymers, injection molding, adhesives and/or compounding preferred
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• High level of self-responsibility and critical thinking
• Self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency and well organized
