Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Enrollment Communication and CRM Outreach & Management – 60%
  • In collaboration with the Director of Admissions, Student Engagement and Operations, develop and execute a cohesive strategy to promote and support event registration for all undergraduate students from prospect through enrollment.
  • Build and edit email templates to personalize messaging for recruitment activities; incorporate A/B testing to drive engagement
  • Collaborate with members of the Admissions Student Engagement team to align messaging across various print, electronic and digital platform, email and SMS.
  • Develop detailed documentation of timelines and communication flow to be shared with admissions staff
  • Provide guidance and support to admissions staff in their outreach efforts to support long and short-term goals of the office in student outreach to designated populations.
  • Manage and execute cohesive messaging across platforms to support recruitment activities to designated populations.
  • Continue to collaborate with the Director of Admissions, Student Engagement and Operations to set priorities and support office initiatives
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of CRM tool to identify key metrics to measure the effectiveness of engagement efforts.
  • Travel & Recruitment & File Review – 10%

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, combination of education and work experience. A degree in Communications, Marketing, Web Design, Creative Writing, English, or Journalism is also preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience using the CRM Slate Technolutions.
  • 3-5 years of admissions or related experience working in a similar capacity within higher education.
  • Demonstrated commitment and experience working with diverse populations (race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, socio-economic status).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team to achieve common goals. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Excellent computer skills: CRM tools, MS Office, Adobe Suite Creative Suite and other technology applications.
  • Demonstrated web experience understanding of Drupal and SEO best practices. Excellent analytical skills required; must be able to utilize data for decision making. Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Evening and weekend work required.
