Manager, SEO/AEO/GEO (Digital Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy
• Optimize content for AI answer engines, including FAQs, how-to content, and structured product data
• Identify content gaps based on search behavior and emerging AI prompts
• Improve visibility across AI platforms by strengthening content clarity, authority, and attribution
• Partner with product marketing, content, and web teams to align optimization with business priorities
• Implement and scale structured data (schema markup) to improve machine readability
• Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms
• Track new success metrics such as: - AI answer presence and visibility - Brand mentions and citations in AI-generated responses - AI-driven referral traffic
• Monitor competitor performance and identify opportunities to improve Leviton’s share of voice in AI search
• Build dashboards and reporting to track both traditional SEO and AI-driven performance

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content strategy
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO)
• Familiarity or interest in AI-driven search, AEO, or GEO strategies
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong writing and content structuring skills, especially for clear, answer-based formats
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset
