Job Summary

Own growth and demand generation initiatives across multiple product lines, combining market and competitive intelligence with messaging and sales enablement to drive new business, expansion, and retention.

  • Growth and Demand Gen: plan, execute, and report on programs with cross-functional partners and shared metrics.
  • Content and Positioning: collaborate with SMEs and marketing to shape category messaging, thought leadership, and earned media.
  • Sales Enablement and Analytics: support conversions with pipeline monitoring, win/loss insights, and budgeting across programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Develops, executes, and monitors growth marketing and demand generation programs for assigned product lines and/or market segments.
- Partners with marketing and sales leaders to set, manage, and report on growth marketing goals.
- Analyses industry, market, competitive, and economic data from internal and external sources. Monitors regulatory landscape for opportunities to position the company and/or its thought leaders.
- Develops, executes, and reports on growth marketing strategies to include new business, customer expansion, and retention programs. Collaborates with inside sales teams to drive personalized prospecting programs using email sequencing and sales development agents.
- Partners with technical subject matter experts to develop high-quality content and to stay abreast of new capabilities and internal dynamics.
- Articulates clear positioning and messaging strategies in alignment with the corporate marketing brand framework. Understands the competitive landscape and develops strategies to differentiate company services.
- Collaborates with corporate marketing and agency partners to build and leverage category-based thought leadership strategies and earned media content.
- Serves as an advocate for what the customer wants and needs from a lab services partner.
- Support sales conversions by monitoring the sales cycle and pipeline milestones. Works with the team to develop sales enablement tools and strategies to improve win rates. Performs win/loss interviews and analyses to drive continuous improvement.
- Manages program initiatives to budget; monitoring and reporting on cost per lead, average win, customer lifetime value, and marketing lifecycle goal attainment by product line/market.
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;
- Five (5) to ten (10) years plus of marketing experience -- including two (2) years of managerial experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Expert principles and practices of marketing and communications programs and activities.
- Media resources and their use.
- Computer applications related to the work.
- Principles and techniques of preparing effective written informational or educational materials.
- Fundamental to intermediate principles, practices, and techniques of sales effectiveness.
- Principles and practices of developing teams, motivating employees, and managing in a team environment.
- Basic principles and practices of budget development and administration.
- Various understanding of sales programs, policies, and procedures.
- Principles and techniques of providing effective oral presentations.
- Principles and practices of program planning, development, and evaluation.
- Principles and techniques of making effective oral presentations.
- Principles and practices to serving as an effective project team member.
- Techniques for dealing with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.
- Correct business English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Developing and implementing the marketing of campaigns, programs, and special projects.
- Supervising and evaluating employees and providing related recommendations.
