Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner GTM Planning & Business Analysis: Support analysis for new partner routes to market, GTM plays, and coverage models.
- Partner GTM Planning & Business Analysis: Build business models to evaluate partner contribution targets and co-sell motions.
- Partner GTM Planning & Business Analysis: Support annual and quarterly partner planning, capacity modeling, coverage planning, and business case development.
- Partner GTM Planning & Business Analysis: Provide structured analysis to guide investments across hyperscalers, ISVs, GSIs/SIs, resellers, strategic alliances, and marketplace partners.
- Partner Analytics, Reporting & Insights: Own global partner reporting, dashboards, and data analysis across all partner motions.
- Partner Analytics, Reporting & Insights: Ensure data and reporting across partner activation, marketplace readiness, and revenue contribution.
- Partner Analytics, Reporting & Insights: Support Partner Marketing and Partner Enablement to evaluate accreditation, programs, deal registration, and demand generation.
- Partner Analytics, Reporting & Insights: Build recurring reports for pipeline reviews, QBRs, leadership updates, program performance, and partner operating cadences.
- Partner Analytics, Reporting & Insights: Conduct ad-hoc analysis on partner performance, GTM effectiveness, pipeline quality, coverage gaps, and marketplace opportunities.
- Partner Analytics, Reporting & Insights: Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready narratives.
- Partner Programs, Incentives & Business Modeling: Support modeling for partner tiers, incentive eligibility, MDF impact, partner benefits, program performance, and ROI.
- Partner Programs, Incentives & Business Modeling: Support partner team compensation, MBO analysis, and performance tracking with Revenue Ops, Finance, and leadership.
- Partner Programs, Incentives & Business Modeling: Assist Partner Managers to evaluate program effectiveness and opportunities to improve engagement and revenue impact.
- AI Workflows & Operational Automation: Design and maintain AI-enabled workflows that improve reporting, analysis, planning, and Partner Operations productivity.
- AI Workflows & Operational Automation: Build AI-assisted workflows for pipeline summaries, business reviews, and deal review insights.
- AI Workflows & Operational Automation: Identify manual processes suitable for automation using AI tools, BI automation, or workflow automation.
