Responsibilities

• Utilizes specialized knowledge to execute tasks, lead smaller projects or oversee specific components of larger initiatives.
• Addresses non-routine problems and contributes to process improvements by applying technical or professional expertise.
• Decision-making is informed by established practices and past experience, ensuring effective and informed outcomes.
• OR May oversee the daily activities of team members within a specific area, to ensure task completion, and coordinating with other supervisors as necessary.
• Drives measurable business outcomes by amplifying online presence and optimising performance across digital channels, including Search (paid and organic), Social, Programmatic, Addressable media, and E‑commerce platforms.
• Develops and executes data‑driven strategies to improve visibility, engagement, conversion, and return on investment through targeted, personalised, and automated media delivery.
• Leverages performance data, audience signals, and real‑time insights to optimise media activations, including programmatic buying, bidding strategies, targeting, and budget allocation.
• Navigates dynamic digital ecosystems to refine search and activation strategies, ensure efficient use of media spend, and continuously improve outcomes across the full performance funnel.
