Responsibilities
- Owning Google Ads accounts from audit through ongoing optimization
- Building and optimizing Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
- Managing budget pacing and communicating investment trade-offs
- Verifying conversion tracking and investigating performance shifts
- Running documented experiments with clear success criteria
- Presenting results and next steps in regular client reviews
- Mentoring specialists through hands-on account work
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience across meaningful budgets
- Proven improvements you can show, not just accounts you've touched
- Strong GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution knowledge
- E-commerce or lead-generation background
- Confident, independent client communication
