Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead functional projects and programs that drive business improvements.
  • Collaborate with teams to analyze business trends and inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage marketing plans that support organizational goals.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of marketing functions through effective project management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, business operations, , and management consulting, ideally in a large consumer technology or fintech organization
  • Proven ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — able to develop a clear point of view and then make it happen
  • Experience supporting or working directly with senior executives — managing agendas, preparing materials, and representing leadership priorities
  • Strong background in marketing operations, budget management, and performance measurement
  • Experience contributing to cross-functional investment, planning, measurement, analytics, or business-review processes across Marketing, Finance, Data Science, Analytics, or business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — able to write a crisp one-pager, a board presentation, and an internal team announcement with equal clarity
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking — able to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
  • Bias for action — comfortable moving quickly and making decisions without always having perfect information
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
