Job Description
Responsibilities
- Campaign/Marketing Reporting
- - Responsible for development of dashboards and reports that connect marketing performance to business outcomes such as lead generation, pipeline progression, Member engagement, and ROI.
- - Brings expertise, or identifies subject matter experts, in support of multi-functional marketing efforts across all tactics and strategies.
- - Support the marketing team in tracking and reporting on campaign performance by providing tools, guidance, and best practices that foster greater self-sufficiency.
- - Collaborate on defining and maintaining standards for data tagging, field usage, etc. to streamline reporting and measurement.
- Team Management
- - Accountable for prioritization, quality of work, and impact of work produced by the Marketing Analytics team.
- - Leverages strong collaboration with peers in the broader Member Experience, Marketing, Analytics, and IT teams.
- - Effective communication and development of team members to enhance the impact of club's communication to Members and prospects.

Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience as a professional in marketing analytics, campaign analytics, or digital analytics.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
