Job Summary
Lead marketing and media analytics strategy and execution across Tiffany & Co., coordinating data, insights, and cross-functional decisions.
- Data Management and Modeling: Liaise with multifunctional teams (Tiffany, LVMH) to identify sophisticated modeling opportunities (e.g., attribution, lifetime value, predictive analytics, MMM, segmentation).
- Performance Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyze marketing and media campaign performance, identifying trends and anomalies.
- Strategic Development and Optimization: Develop and implement the overall marketing and media analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration, Communication, and Tooling: Act as a key contributor to marketing leadership, product teams, and executive management.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing or media analytics with proven expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Power BI, Google Data Studio, and ad platform analytics (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- preferred experience in luxury brands, digital/social/emerging technologies, managing media budgets, and global environments.
