Own and manage the communications and community outreach portfolio for ECU Health Duplin Hospital, overseeing advertising production, events, media relations, community health initiatives, and department budgeting.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage production of advertising, brochures, signage, community newsletter, staff newsletter, internet, intranet, social media platforms, and other promotional outlets including managing budget.
- Plans and holds hospital events for community including budgeting, organizing, marketing and executing various events.
- Manage media relations and act as public information officer for ECU Health Duplin Hospital.
- Manages Community Health program and Voyage to Excellence initiatives.
- Manages department budgets.
- Assist with fundraising efforts for outside entities including Relay for Life and United Way.
- Complies with all applicable hospital policies for human resources, infection control, leadership, privacy, quality improvement, and environment of care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is required- or higher.
- Three to four years related experience is required.
