Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a 1–3–5 year marketing strategy aligned with CHI’s mission, growth priorities, and organizational calendar.
  • Identify key audiences (families, pastors, educators, potential partners) and create targeted plans to reach each with clarity and conviction.
  • Align messaging across departments—product, enrollment, academic, and executive leadership.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, email, and in-person outreach.
  • Build and maintain a vibrant media presence through social channels, podcast content, video, and YouTube.
  • Craft timely and evergreen content that builds CHI’s reputation and trust.
  • Collaborate with Hall Directors and Field Representatives to develop locally usable outreach tools (brochures, talking points, presentations, interest packets, etc.).
  • Help local leaders translate CHI’s mission into their unique contexts—while preserving a unified voice.
  • Track and share successful grassroots tactics across Halls for wider adoption.
  • Manage external vendors, creative freelancers, and in-house contributors.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in brand, nonprofit, education, or cause-based marketing
  • Strong background in SEO, paid social, email funnels, content marketing, and basic analytics tools
  • Ability to collaborate with Directors and Field Reps and translate field feedback into outreach.
  • Experience managing multiple contributors and contractors toward shared creative standards and deliverables

  • Mission-Rooted Marketer: alignment with CHI’s theological and cultural vision.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to balance long-term brand goals with short-term campaign needs.
  • Strong storytelling ability.
