Job Summary

Own CRM and analytics to drive BD and marketing targeting for biopharma with cross‑org alignment on data, forecasting and performance signals.

  • CRM & Analytics: Own the CRM strategy, data quality, automations, and dashboards to empower frontline and executive decisions.
  • Targeting & Insights: Build models to identify high-potential customers, therapeutic areas and programs for BD and marketing activity.
  • Cross-Org Collaboration: Align with Marketing, Business Development, Medical Affairs, Commercial and Clinical Operations to turn insights into strategies and initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of customer targeting models and initiatives to identify highest potential biopharmaceutical customers, therapeutic areas and clinical programs for targeted BD & Marketing activity;
  • Translate market, customer and operational insights into clear strategic recommendations that inform marketing and business development strategy and execution;
  • Own and advance CRM strategic, technical and operational effectiveness including system enhancements, automations and workflows, user compliance, data quality and actionable reports and dashboards;
  • Lead and support the development of sales tracking, performance measurement, forecasting and territory optimization initiatives;
  • Leverage industry intelligence and data resources including drug development pipelines, clinical trial activity, regulatory filings and financial indicators to proactively identify opportunities;
  • Partner closely with Business Development, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Commercial and Clinical Operations in order to leverage knowledge and expertise across the organization; and
  • Lead, train, mentor and develop a high-performing team of marketing analysts and CRM administrators.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in market analytics, business intelligence and/or sales operations; experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) setting is preferred; Experience in the life science / clinical development industry is a bonus;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics or similar;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business insights into strategic recommendations;
  • Strong data management and visualization skills in business intelligence tools to include Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar;
  • Previous experience in CRM & Marketing Automation Tools required, Salesforce CRM and HubSpot preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to derive meaningful insights and recommended action from complex data sets and tailor to intended audience from frontline to executive level, is required;
  • Relentless focus on continuous improvement and optimization to maximize value provided by analytics and CRM programs; and
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
