Job Description

Own brand storytelling and communications across internal and external audiences, turning enterprise goals into credible narratives and building brand credibility with members and media.

  • Brand Narrative: Build and implement a communications plan that ties to growth and brand objectives, translating initiatives into clear stories.
  • Content Leadership: Lead creative teams to deliver engaging stories aligned with the strategy and OnPoint’s values.
  • Media & Partnerships: Develop local media partnerships and ensure outreach supports enterprise positioning and member trust.
  • Messaging consistency: Align internal and external calendars and messaging across channels.
  • Brand storytelling: Build messaging frameworks for key initiatives to demonstrate OnPoint’s commitments.
  • Internal communications: Create engaging stories that support strategic planning and the OnPoint brand.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Develop brand communication plans for initiatives like organizational change and policy updates.
  • Media outreach alignment: Partner with media to reflect enterprise strategy and brand positioning.
  • Audience credibility: Ensure communications reinforce member trust and brand credibility.
