Requirements
- A Beauty Fanatic: You know what's trending on TikTok, you understand the difference between prestige and mass retail, and you love product innovation.
- An Agency or Brand Native: You have 2 - 4 years of experience in brand marketing or account management (beauty or CPG agency experience is a huge plus!).
- A Master Communicator: You are a natural presentation storyteller with impeccable client-facing and communication skills.
- Data-Informed: You balance creative instinct with analytical power. You know your way around Google Analytics and Shopify.
- A Project Hustler: You are highly organized, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love seeing a project through from blank page to store shelf.
