Job Summary

Own the local-ground growth engine by turning on-the-street content, low-cost acquisition tactics, and creator partnerships into early user signups and community awareness.

  • Face time & content: shoot, edit, and speak on camera to capture authentic local moments for rapid content creation.
  • Acquisition tactics: deploy guerrilla strategies and campus activations to drive downloads and trial.
  • Community relationships: build zero-budget ties with local food creators and micro-influencers to amplify reach.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be the Face & Boots on the Ground: Spend your week hitting DFW’s best food neighborhoods, campuses, and local events to capture short-form content (Reels/TikTok) and talk to real users.
  • Drive the Hustle: Figure out creative, low-budget ways to get DFW diners to download the app (guerrilla marketing, QR codes at local spots, campus activations).
  • Build the Community: Build organic, zero-budget relationships with local food creators and micro-influencers.
  • Analyze & Pivot: Track which videos or events actually drove signups, tell us what’s working, and help us iterate the playbook.

  • You live in DFW and are obsessed with the local food scene.
  • You can shoot, edit, and talk on camera without overthinking it.
  • You are an execution machine who thrives in early-stage startup chaos.
  • You understand that "views" don't matter if they don't convert to "users."
