Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing lead engagement funnels and workflows
• Improve conversion rates across the customer journey
• Expand and refine lifecycle marketing journeys across: Email, SMS, Voice/AI calling, Landing pages, Calendars/appointment flows, Retargeting touchpoints
• Create and improve nurture sequences for: New leads, Appointment reminders, Re-engagement/reactivation, Long-term nurture, No-contact follow-up, Sales assist workflows
• Identify weak points in engagement funnels and continuously test new ideas
• Think beyond “campaigns” and design complete customer experiences
• Build and maintain workflows primarily in GoHighLevel
• Configure triggers, conditions, branching logic, tags, pipeline movement, and automation sequences
• Collaborate with technical integration resources when deeper API or backend work is needed
• QA and troubleshoot funnel issues proactively

• Basic HTML/CSS understanding for email or landing page customization
• Understanding of deliverability best practices
